This website complies with the Privacy and Data Protection Bill 2014 and its Information Privacy Principles, which provides for complaints and penalties for interfering with personal privacy through the Privacy Commissioner and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The PPWCMA website does not collect, use or disclose personal information (being information capable of identifying you as an individual) other than information you choose to provide. For example, through online databases and emails you submit via this website.
Visitor logs are used on this site for statistical purposes only and include your server’s address, top level domain name (eg .com, .gov .au), date and time of visit, pages downloaded and browser used. No attempt is made to identify users or browsing activity. This information is only used to update and improve this website.
Use and disclosure of information
