INFORMATION FOR PROJECTS FUNDED THROUGH THE PPWCMA - State Government funding requirements

Spatial Data Recording/Reporting

The Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) has request that all projects that deliver on-ground works (fencing, weed control, revegetation etc) be recorded and reported spatially.  Spatial data can be points, lines or shapes on a map to show the geographic location of where works have been completed.  DSE has a database where all spatial data is recorded for the State of Victoria. 

In order to collect the information in a way that is appropriate for this database, the PPWCMA has developed a site information sheet template, with guidelines and attachments (below).  This will enable the collection and reporting of this data, while ensuring that minimal time and resources are required from grant recipients.
