Corporate and Community Services Manager

Full time, ongoing role based in Frankston
Salary circa $100,000 – $120,000 + superannuation

We are seeking a Corporate and Community Services Manager to lead a team of motivated and professional staff to deliver key aspects of the PPWCMA’s business and community services.

You’ll be responsible for planning and delivery of the PPWCMA’s financial management, governance, compliance, human resources and safety obligations, and overseeing some of the community services including communications, Indigenous community engagement, Regional Catchment Strategy development, Landcare support and sustainable agriculture promotion.

To be successful, you’ll need experience in senior leadership and people management combined with highly developed skills in managing business planning, finance, governance and compliance obligations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of business and strategic fronts in an organisation that is actively committed to environmental sustainability.

Regional Catchment Strategy Coordinator

Full time, fixed term role based (to 31st August 2020) in Frankston or Sunbury
Salary circa $80,000 + superannuation

We are seeking a highly motivated employee to join our Corporate and Community Services Team and to be responsible for coordinating implementation of the existing Regional Catchment Strategy (RCS) plus coordinating its review and renewal.

To be successful, you will need the ability to build collaborative relationships and partnerships, have excellent analytical and communication skills, exhibit a flair for innovation and have a commitment to teamwork.

Regional Landcare Coordinator

Full time, ongoing role based in Frankston or Sunbury
Salary circa $80,000 + superannuation

We are seeking a highly motivated employee to join our Corporate and Community Services Team to be responsible for providing strategic support, leadership and capacity-building services for the Landcare movement and other environmental groups within the Port Phillip and Western Port Region.

To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated understanding and experience in community engagement and capacity building within a natural resource management context. You will need excellent communication skills with all modern media, high level interpersonal skills, a commitment to teamwork and previous experience in project management, monitoring and reporting.
