BUSHFIRES - Plant identification workshop

Join Russell Best and David Francis for a look at indigenous plants on Hilliers Road, Whittlesea and a walk to Mt Disappointment State Forest to see how plants are recovering from the bushfires after the Spring rains. Russell and David, the authors of the book; Macedon Range Flora 1, will lead a walk through private property on Hilliers Rd and continue on to Mt Disappointment State Forest. We have been granted special permission by the Department of Sustainability and Environment, to access the forest to observe what plants are regenerating after the Spring rains. Cost: Free
