‘Tibooburra’ is a spectacular 500ha grazing and viticulture property in the Yarra Valley, with approximately 10% of land dedicated to nature conservation. Lying within the Woori Yallock Creek catchment, the property has potential to restore vital habitat for the critically endangered Commonwealth-listed Helmeted Honeyeater (Victoria’s State Bird Emblem).

Melbourne Water and the Port Phillip & Westernport CMA (through Yarra4Life) have supported a range of environmental projects at the property. Come and see what’s been achieved over the past decade and hear about plans for the future.

Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing/footwear and BYO water bottle.

The property is steep in places, so some guests may only wish to do only part of the walk.

Please RSVP for catering purposes by 8th November 2016 to Yarra4Life Coordinator Sarah Maclagan on 03 8781 7943 or sarah.maclagan@ppwcma.vic.gov.au.
