Mornington Peninsula Women on Farms Gathering 2018 Dates Announced

28 March 2017

The Women on Farms Gathering (WOFG) is an important annual celebration that recognises and promotes the contribution and experiences of rural and regional women in their communities.

The gathering aims to encourage women to step through the farm gate and become more visible in their chosen interest, dreams, ambitions and goals.

WOFG18 will be held at the Rosebud Memorial Hall and Village Green on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula from 16-18 March 2018.

The event will provide great opportunities for mentoring, networking and sharing stories, by women, for women.

Sponsorship opportunities are currently being sought.

If you are interested in finding out more about the gathering, booking tickets and following the program, visit the WOFG18 Facebook page or email wofg2018@gmail.com.

The Port Phillip and Westernport Catchment Management Authority is a strong supporter of the work of the Women in Farms Committee. PPWCMA staff, Sarah Halligan and Karen Thomas, have formed a diverse committee of passionate and enthusiastic women from the Mornington Peninsula who share their range of skills and knowledge to create a dynamic and motivating gathering.
